Honestly, Arizona and now Texas are trying to wake people up to what our Constitution allows and doesn't allow our federal government to do...and this is one of those 'can not' do items. Even if you feel that this is a lot of fuss over "nothing", please remember that many people feel differently. But the bottom line has nothing to do with either side's feelings. This rule is beyond the authority given to the federal government by our Constitution. That's it. And before you say that the federal government is allowed to protect us from terrorists, I'd like to remind you that this particular action is too broad...and the federal government is not allowed to mandate such a sweeping generalized law by the very Constitution it is supposed to be upholding. Our borders are open, the Muslim Brotherhood has been to the White House several times now to meet and eat with Obama, and yet we're going to pat down babies, small children, and grandmothers. Let's get real, folks!
