Kagan, Sotomayor blew chance to stop eligibility challenge?
While the Supreme Court does not appear to be wanting to hear any case involving the PROBABILITY, not possibility, that Obama is ILLEGALLY sitting in our country's presidential seat, the reasoning isn't hard to figure out!
If President Obama is not CONSTITUTIONALLY able to hold our nation's highest office, this means that EVERYTHING he has done in his capacity as President is NULL and VOID...and this includes his Supreme Court appointees, Kagan and Sotomayor!!
